Modern slavery and human trafficking statement
This statement sets out the steps Klaptocz Consultants Limited, trading as Bluebird Insurance, takes to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking play no part in our business or supply chain.

Our business and supply chain
We are a small UK document-preparation and consulting business. Our supply chain consists almost entirely of UK and EU technology suppliers: cloud hosting, a payment processor, vehicle and address data providers, and email delivery. We do not manufacture goods and we do not use labour agencies or seasonal labour.
Our position
We have zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking. We expect the same standard from every supplier and partner we work with, and we will end a relationship with any supplier that is found to be involved in either.
Due diligence
Suppliers are assessed before onboarding, and we prefer suppliers who publish their own modern slavery statement where they are large enough to be required to. Everyone working for us is paid at or above the applicable UK statutory rates, has a written contract, and holds their own identity documents.
Reporting a concern
Anyone with a concern can email compliance@bluebirdinsurance.co.uk in confidence, or raise it externally with the Modern Slavery and Exploitation Helpline on 08000 121 700. Concerns raised in good faith will never be held against the person raising them.
Turnover threshold
Our turnover is below the £36 million threshold at which section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 makes a statement mandatory. We publish this statement voluntarily and review it annually.
