# Bluebird Insurance

> Bluebird Insurance prepares and forwards UK temporary motor insurance requests to third-party insurers, who decide whether to offer cover and issue the policy. It is a trading name of Klaptocz Consultants Limited (England and Wales, company no. 04047956) and is not an insurer, broker or insurance intermediary, and is not FCA-authorised.

Cover runs from 1 hour to 30 days on cars, vans, motorbikes and motorhomes. Bluebird validates the vehicle, driver and journey details against DVLA-sourced records, produces an indicative estimate from its own deterministic pricing model, and forwards the prepared request to insurers. Cover exists only once an insurer issues a certificate of motor insurance; a Bluebird payment receipt is not proof of insurance. If no insurer accepts the request, the preparation fee is refunded.
